Note: my panini for meal 3 today was so good, I decided to make another one, but with black beans, egg whites, salsa and cheese.
- low carb tortilla
- black beans
- slice fat free cheese
- salsa (I used medium corn and black bean salsa)
- 2 egg whites
- chili powder
- salt and pepper
Directions: cook egg whites in a skillet and top with chili powder and salt and pepper. On tortilla, place cheese, black beans, and salsa. Add cooked egg whites. Cook on foreman.
