Banana Pancakes

Note: This was so yummy. Perfect pre-workout.

Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 2 egg whites
- 1/8 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1/2 scoop BSN Lean Desser Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder
-stevia/sweetener of choice

Directions:
Blend all ingredients except banana. Cut banana in slices. Cook batter on non-stick skillet. Add 1/2 of the banana slices. Flip. Once cooked put on plate and add 2nd half of bananas as topping.
