Note: this was really good. The almond cheese doesn't melt, but it was still tasty. I might try with regular fat free cheese another time :) However, this was super good.
-low carb ita bread
- 2 tablespoons homemade hummus
- 1 oz fat free cheese or low fat almond cheese
Directions: Spread hummus and sliced cheese on pita. Bake in oven at 300 for about 20 minutes.
