Asian Peanut Chicken Salad

Note: This was my meal 3 today. Lower carb, high protein, and peanuts!

Ingredients:
- 3 oz chicken
- 15 grams peanuts
- green cabbage
- red cabbage
- soy sauce
- carrot
- celery

Directions: Cut up veggies and mix with chicken, peanuts and soy sauce.
