Note: I mixed the protein powder, peanut butter and some unsweetened almond breeze to make a sweet protein dip for the apple. If you want to elminate carbs altogether, the protein dip is very good by itself. Depending on the protein powder you use, you may have to increase or decrease the amount of milk
- apple (any fruit will do)
- 1 tabelspoon peanut butter
- scoop whey (I used "all the whey cake batter")
- tablespoon unsweetned almond milk (can use water or milk).
Directions: mix PB, whey and almond milk until thoroughly stirred. you can eat right away or refridgerate and it will harden like fudge.
