Note: I apologize for the obnoxious CAPS, BUT THIS MEAL WAS AWESOME! It was an AWESOME peanut butter cup. I don't meant to brag, but I really outdid myself this time :)
YOU HAVE GOT TO EAT THIS! (Have I ever said this before in different color font?)
- 1/2 tablesoon Barlean's coconut oil
- square unsweetened Baker's chocolate
- 1/2 tablespoon unsweetened vanilla almond breeze
- 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
Step 1: Mix peanut butter with some coconut oil and refridgerate. This will make it hard like a cookie (see pic below).
Step 2: Melt coconut oil and chocolate in bowl. Add almond breeze and stevia. Plop some of the fudge in the bottom of a tiny container (silicone muffin cup, or plastic cup). Plop peanut butter in middle and cover with remaining fudge. Freeze. AND IT IS THE MOST AMAZING DESSERT!
