Note: I started off with the idea of making turkey bites. Then decided to make zucchini sandwiches out of them (subbing zucchini for bread). I topped mine with soy sauce.
- 2 slices turkey
- 1 oz almond cheese (can use low fat or fat free)
Cut zucchini into rounds. Add slices of turkey and cheese. Bake in oven at 350 until desired temp.
