Turkey Sausage, Onion, Pepper and Broccoli Stir-fry

Note: High protein and low carbs!

Ingredients:
- 2 turkey sausages (Shadybrook farms)
- frozen veggies (macros are based on 85 grams, I had much more!) I used pepper, onion, and broccoli

Directions:
Cook sausage in one pan and frozen veggies in another. Once both are cooked through, combine.
