Note: The stuffed pepper was so good the other day, I decided to make another with some left over tuna and chicken I had. I also drizzled balsamic vinegar over it and added lefotver grilled onions and peppers. I also topped it with feta.
- yellow pepper
- 4 oz tuna/chicken mixed
- 1 oz feta
- balsamic vinegar
- grilled onions and pepper (optional)
Add chicken/tuna to yellow pepper. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add 1 oz feta and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
