Note: This was AWESOME with soy sauce. One of my new lunch faves. I know a lot of people watch sodium, but I pile it on high! (I am a runner, I sweat it out) Without the soy sauce, though, the tuna was still dry. (I love tuna and soy sauce.. so don't make any faces, haha). Made a big difference.
- 3 oz. tuna
- 1/8 cup (15 grams) almond meal
- soy sauce optional
-mix all ingredients together.
