Teriyaki Coconut Chicken

Note: Teriyaki and coconut...yum!

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon Barlean's coconut oil
- teriyaki chicken breast (I bought pre made low carb but recipe below)
- 2 teaspoons coconut (unsweetened)

Directions: Mix coconut oil and flakes. Top on teriyaki chicken breast.

Teriyaki Chicken Marinade (from lowcarbfriends.com)
-1/2 cup soy sauce
-1/2 cup water
-1/4 cup Splenda (or less, depending on how sweet you like it)
- 1 tablespoon ginger puree or fresh grated ginger root
-1 T garlic puree or fresh garlic, finely diced
