Strawberry Rhubarb Loaf

Note: Soo good, I love my loafs! Again, you can always sub the shredded wheat for oatmeal, whole wheat flour, oat bran or anything else.

Ingredients:
- 30 grams shredded wheat 'n Bran (Post cereal)
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 2 egg whites
- splenda
- 65 gram rhubarb
- 35 gram strawberries

Directions:
Blend in magic bullet; pour in loaf pan and bake until firm.
