Spicy Zucchini Chips

Note: these came out pretty good. It wasn't as chip-like as I thought it would be, but next time I will put on paper towels longer to remove the excess moisture from the zucchini. I highly recommend them,

- medium zucchini
- salt
- chili powder

Cut zucchini in slices. Lay on paper towels for 10 minutes or so to remove water. Salt and season them (salt helps remove more water). Bake on 400 until they look crispy. (Again, sorry I didn't time it).
