Shredded Wheat and Protein Dip

Note: I ate this pre-run this morning... love it!

Ingredients:
-30 grams shredded wheat
- 1 scoop all the whey chocolate peanut butter cup protein powder

Directions:
- Mix protein with 1.5- 2 tablespoons of water. Dunk shredded wheat in it and eat.
