Note: Holy yuminess... that's all I have to say. And I got to lick the batter (see pic number 4 below). OK, this does not seem like a lot, but you only need a little, it was so rich!
- 1/2 tablespoon Barlean's Coconut Oil
- 1 square unsweetened chocolate (1/2 ounce)
- 1/2 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 packet equal
- sugar free torani vanilla syrup (if you don't have this, you can use vanilla extract instead)
Directions: Melt choc and coconut in microwave. Stir in all ingredients and freeze for 10 minutes.
