Note: I had this one for dinner last night. I wasn't so sure how the PB would mix well with the pepper, but it was good. But then again, I can eat PB on anything :)
- 3 oz chicken
- 1 tablespoon PB
- soy sauce
- optional veggies include broccoli and onion
Directions: Put pepper in oven for about 10-15 minutes to soften while you prep chicken. Cook chicken in soy sauce and veggies. Stuff pepper with chicken mix and add PB on top. Cook for another 10-15 minutes.
