Ground Turkey Muffins

Note: I got this idea from Jamie Eason, as seen on the 0xygen website. I changed it around a bit to make it one serving and to fit my macros. It was very delicious, but didn't stick well together. (I should have stuck to her recipe)

Ingredients:
- 4 oz ground turkey
- 1/4 green pepper
- 1/4 red onion
- garlic powder
- 1 egg white

Directions:
- Cook onions, green pepper and garlic powder. Mix cooked veggies with raw ground turkey meat and 1 egg white. Cook at 350 degrees.
