Note: I am addicted to stuffed peppers right now. I love them. basically any chicken, cheese, protein or sauce works with this. This one is Tempeh. I used tomato. I like Tempeh with soy sauce. (big surprise there that I like soy sauce).
- 1 /2 pack (200 calorie) of tempeh
- yellow pepper
- 1/2 tomato
- 1/4 zucchini
Cut up in ingredients and place in hollowed out yellow pepper. Top with soy sauce. Cook in oven at 350 until desired. (About 20-30 minutes).
