No Bake Cookies

Note: This was SO SO GOOD! I know a lot of people are hesitant to eat egg whites plain because of slamonella, but this meal is worth the salmonella to me. OK in all seriousness, you can sub egg beaters (which are pasteurized- AKA"bacteria is killed through heating"). I believe 1/4 cup of egg beaters are the equivalent of one egg white. Although these don't have the consistency of cookies, they are so so delicious. you will need a fork or spoon to eat them. I can't wait to make these again!

- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 scoop protein powder (I used all the whey cake batter)
- tablespoon Better 'N PB (can use reg PB instead)
- 1 egg white
- splenda/equal/ stevia
- splash of torani's sugar free syrup (totally not necessary if you don't have it). You can use either extract, capella drops, sugar free maple syrup instead as well.

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls and refridgerate overnight. Eat quickly or they will melt.
