More Loafs... with Shredded Wheat!

Note: ok, still sticking to my new loaf obsession... and realizing my post shredded wheat is expiring in a month, I decided to make loafs with shredded wheat... Here are the pics tonight, but I am eating one pre-workout and one post-workout tomorrow morning. i will leat you know how they taste... they certainly smell good

Apple Cinnamon:
- 30 grams shredded wheat n bran
- 1 apple
- 1 egg white
- lots of cinnamon

Banana:
- 30 grams shredded wheat n bran
- 3/4 banana
- 1 egg white


Directions: Blend in magic bullet and put in loaf pan. Preheat oven to 350 and cook for about 10-15 minutes.
