Mexican Chicken Stuffed Pepper

Note: OK, another stuffed pepper... It's been a few days... And I happened to see a few good ones at the local market today.

-Green pepper
- 5 oz chicken
- onion (few slices)
- small tomato
- chili powder
- garlic lemon salt
(any seasonings would work)

Clean green pepper and hollow out. Throw in 350 oven for about 10 minutes while you prep other food. Meanwhile, cook chicken in one pan. Cook onion in another, and add tomatoes when onion is 90% through. Add chicken and veggies to cooked pepper and cook for another 20 minutes.
