Mexican Chicken Rice Bowl

Note: Using some of the leftover tomato and onion from the mexican stuffed pepper, I decided to make a rice and chicken bowl.

Ingredients:
- 28 grams rice
- 3 oz chicken
- tomato
- onion
- chili powder

Directions:
Cook rice in one pan. Cook chicken and onion in another pan with seasonings. Add tomato when 90% cooked. Lay rice in a bowl. Add chicken and veggies on top.

Easy.
