Note: I absolutely love, love eating nuts in my stir-fries... cashews, peanuts, almonds, pinenuts.. any kind. Tonight, I used macadamia nuts. Because there salty, they are good in stir-fries... (ok, whom am I kidding.. they are good all the time. I could eat a jar in one sitting.)
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
- any veggies (I had red cabbage, green cabbage, onion, celery)
- serving of nuts
Directions: Stirfry veggies. Once cooked, add nuts (you can also throw them in before it's done, too).
