Note: Using low carb lavash, this is a low carb alternative to french toast. Super Yummy and you get a huge amount for very few calories.
- low carb lavash (I used Joseph's- 100 calories for a sheet)
- 2 egg whites
Directions: Cut lavash in smaller pieces. Mix egg whites, cinnamon, and stevia. Dunk lavash in the egg mix and cook on skillet. Flip over. Add more cinnamon and top with sugar free syrup (or eat plain!)
