"Greek" Eggs

Note: It has tomato and spinach, therefore, it must be Greek :)

- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 tomato
- handful of spinach
- 1 oz fat free feta
- 1 oz fat free cheese

Directions: cook spinach and eggs. Add in tomato when 90% complete. Once all cooked, turn off heat and sprinkle with fat free cheese. Remove from heat and top with feta
