Ginger Soy Coconut Chicken

Note: This was awesome! I love soy and ginger combined. If you don't have the noodles, make it without them :)

Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoon Barlean's coconut oil
- 4 oz chicken
- pinch of ginger
- soy sauce
- miracle noodles

Directions:
Mix ginger and coconut oil. Cook chicken in the oil. Add soy sauce and noodles (Note: you will need to rinse and pat dry the noodles or else they will have a fishy taste to it)
