Note: I had cut fruit out of my diet for a while... and it killed me. Not only did I need the carbs because I am a runner, but I love fruit. I became a little too obsessed on doing low calorie, and realized that, as a runner, I need the carbs.
Now my diet consists of more fruits. I have at least one banana a day. On top of others.
So, I bought some mixed frozen fruit for more ice cream.
- mixed with cottage cheese
- mixed with oatmeal
-plain as a nice, light desssert.
- on top of oatmeal pancakes
- with yogurt (especially greek!)
I can't wait to try the rhubarb... never had it before!
