Note: As Rachael Ray would say, these are "Yum-O!" :) Good combo of protein and carbs pre-workout. I got this from the oxygen forum a while back.
- 1 cup fiber one
- 1/2-1 scoop protein powder (I used 1/2, but 1 would work)- I used "all the whey" choc pb cup
- 1 tablespoon Better 'N PB
- drizzle sugar free maple syrup (optional)
Directions: Mix ingredients and refridgerate! (Or eat right away if you can't wait!)
