Curry Coconut Shrimp

More coconut yuminess!

Ingredients:
- 3 oz shrimp
- 1/2 tablespoon Barleans coconut oil
- curry powder
- 30 ml of coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened coconut flakes

Directions:
- Cook shrimp in coconut oil. Mix milk, curry powder and flakes and top on shrimp when 50% cooked.
