Coconut Shrimp Noodle Stir-fry

Note: This was so good with the noodles. I made it with a side of zucchini, summer squash and onion sitir-fry.

- 3 oz shrimp
-1/2 tablespoon Barlean's coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut
- package of noodles

Directions: Rinse noodles well. Microwave on a paper towel for about a minut ore 2. Cook shrimp in pan with coconut oil. Top with coconut.
