Note: So, I am sad to say my coconut milk is running out... Got to go to whole foods to get some more!
- 29 grams rice
- 20 ml coconut milk
- 3 oz chicken
Directions: cook rice according to instructions in one skillet. In another, cook chicken. Pour 1/2 of coconut milk over rice and other 1/2 over chicken. Then combine chicken and rice.
