Ingredients:
- 1 scoop all the whey cake batter protein powder
- 1 teaspoon barlean's coconut oil
- 20- 30 ml of coconut milk (start with 20, may need more to coak up protein powder)
- 1/2 tablespoon chunky almond butter
Directions:
Mix coconut milk, oil and protein first. Make sure it's all mixed. Add almond butter.
