Coconut Garlic Lime Chicken

Note: Oh wow, can't wait to eat this tomorrow (I kind of already started digging in).

- 3 oz chicken
- 1/2 tablespoon Barlean's coconut oil
- 30 ml coconut milk
- lime
- teaspoon of minced garlic
- zucchini
- soy sauce

Directions: Cook garlic in oil. Add chicken and coconut milk. Slice limes, squeezing the zest over the chicken. throw them in there :) Add Zucchini. Sprinkle on soy sauce.
