- 1/2 tablespoon Barlean's coconut oil
- 30 ml of coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons curry powder curry powder
- teaspoon garlic powder
- yellow pepper
Hollow out yellow pepper. Put in 350 degree oven to start cooking. Meanwhile, cook chicken in coconut oil. Mix the coconut milk, curry powder and garlic powder. Pour 1/2 of the mixture over chicken. After about 90% done cooking, pour other 1/2 over it.
