Chocolate Zucchini Loaf

Note: Zucchinis make awesome loafs. You can't even taste the zucchini. Unlike the apple loaf, these are a lot less sweeter. I topped mine with peanut butter this morning! However, if you eat it plain, I would recommend adding more sweetener or else it tastes like plain bread.

- 1/4 cup oatmeal, ground
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 2 egg whites
- splenda (to taste. Add more if you want to eat it plain. Use less if you plan to eat it with a topping.)
- 1/2 zucchini shredded
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
-applesauce (optional), if you want it sweeter

Mix ingredients and bake in loaf at 350 for like 15-20 minutes.
