Note: I tried it again but switched the bran/oatmeal for shredded wheat and added some cottage cheese.
- 30 grams shredded wheat
- 1/2 zucchini
- 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 egg white
Blend zucchini first. Remove all water with paper towels, or else you will have watery bread. Blend other ingredients combine with zucchini. Pour in a small loaf pan. Cook at 350.
