Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake

Note: It was a hot day in Boston today! After my run, the only thing I felt like eating was ice cream... this is second best thing :) Frozen bananas make AWESOME protein shakes.

Ingredients:
- frozen banana
- scoop "all they whey" chocolate peanut butter protein powder
- ice cubes
- 4 oz water

Directions: Blend and eat!
