Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream

Note: Perfect for pre or post workout. Low fat and high protein!

- 1 scoop whey (I used "all they whey" choc pb cup)
- 4 oz almond milk (unsweetened chocolate)
- 1/2 tablespoon "Better 'n peanut butter" (you can sub PB2, regular peanut butter)
- frozen banana
-5-7 ice cubes

Directions: Blend in blender. Freeze overnight. Before you eat, microwave on high for about 20 seconds. (I usually come inside from my run, let it sit out a minute, and then shower. When I am out of the shower and changed (and hair is straightened), I micro for 20 seconds and eat).)
