Although almond milk is pictured, I didn't need it. The banana was enough to soak up all the oatmeal and whey protein.
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 scoop "all the whey" choc PB
- 1/2 banana
Mix all ingredients and put on a plate and refridgerate overnight.
