Note: This was super yummy, you can use either the chobani greek yogurt or cottage cheese in replace of mayo. Or you can totally omit any dressing. The sweetness of the apples, you don't need dressing. You can also add raisins.
- 3 oz chicken
- 1/2 apple
- tablespoon of cottage cheese or greek yogurt
Cut up ingredients in bite size pieces. Mix with yogurt or cottage cheese.
