Cheat Night!!

NOTE: Tonight was a much needed cheat night! I made a semi-homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza and had some low fat frozen yogurt and light whipped cream for dessert. Not to toot my own horn, but the pizza was so, so good. I got rave reviews from my sister and bro-in-law. I also had 2 low fat choc chip cookies and had higher calorie meals today. SOOO hit the spot. Back to cleaner eating tomorrow!
Ingredients:
- Pizza Dough (I got mine premade since I am not domesticated enough to make my own)
- light barbq sauce
- fat free mozzarella
-chicken
-red onion

Dessert:
-Low fat frozen vanilla heath yogurt with light whipped cream!
- 2 reduced fat chips ahoy!






Plus about 12 bites straight from the ice cream carton!
