Blueberry Loaf

Note: Soo good, so sweet and so filling :) Loaves are by far my fave breakfast food. If you don't have shredded wheat or wheat bran, you can substitute 1/2 cup oatmeal or you can use shredded fiber one cereal or even kashi cereals.

- 30 grams Post shredded wheat
- 1/4 cup wheat bran
- 1/2 cup serving blueberries
- 2 egg whites

Directions: Blend all ingredients in blender. Pour in loaf pan and bake at 350 for approx 15-20 minutes.
