Note: This was super yummy... especially since Boston is in the middle of a heat wave.
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (low fat or no fat)
- 2 oz unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 small frozen bananana
- 5-6 ice cubes
- equal/splenda (optional)
Directions: Blend in Blender; Freeze and eat!
