Note: Holy yuminess :) This is like an AWESOME Dessert. Unfortunately, there is no a lot of protein it it, so I had a side of my protein sludge, but this was so good for all you sweet tooths out there.
BANANAS AND COCONUT MILK
- 30 ML coconut milk
- sweetener of choice (optional)
Cut banana in slices. Mix coconut milk, cinnamon and sweetener. Pour over bananas and microwave for 1 minute or so
- 1 scoop all the whey cake batter
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond breeze (gradually add more if needed)
Directions: mix protein powder and almond breeze. Makes a thick sweet fudge.
