Note: This is a good side dish. I got his idea from Rachael Ray, who did it with stone fruits (plums, peaches). Can you tell I love Rachael Ray?
- balsamic vinegar
- packet of stevia (optional, but offsets the sourness of the vinegar)
Mix vinegar and stevia. Lay apple slices on foil-lined plan. Cover with foil again. Bake for 350 for about 15 mintues.
