Note: I used wheat bran this time instead of shredded wheat and added raisins. Very filling!
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1/8 cup raisins
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- almond milk (enough so all the protein powder dissolves and everything sticks).
Directions: Mix all ingredients together. Refridgerate overnight
