Note: this was absolutely awesome! I had it for post workout breakfast, but would be a nice dessert. Sorry, the name of it needs work.
- 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
- 15 grams oats
- 1/2 apple
- splenda/stevia/sweetener of choice
- sugar free torani syrup (completely optional)
mix cottage cheese and oats and let sit for a bit. In separate plate, add cut up apple, syrup, cinnamon and splenda/ heat in microwave for 1-2 minutes. Mix with cottage cheese and oatmeal mix.
