Apple Cinnamon Mix

Note: This tastes better than it looks... I promise! I was hoping for it to be more like a cookie, but it doesn't stick well... so, it's a mix, not a cookie!

Ingredients:
- 30 grams shredded wheat (you can sub oatmeal or wheat bran)
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 apple
- cinnamon
- enough almond milk to make it all stick

Directions: Shred the shredded wheat and the apple. I used the magic bullet. if you don't have that, you can just finely cut it. Mix with protein powder and water.
