Apple Cinnamon Cottage Cheese

Note: oh wow, this was real good.

Ingredients:
- apple, diced
- 1/2 cup cottage cheese (low fat or fat free)
- cinnamon
- stevia or splenda (optional)

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together.
