Note: Funny, I blew off this recipe for months because I thought it would taste nasty. It ended up being awesome! Low carb, good fats, and good tasting!
- 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 egg white
- equal/splenda/sweetener of choice
- torani sugar free vanilla syrup
-dab of baking powder
Mix ingredients and cook on skillet. Top with sugar free maple syrup.
